Overview

We want you to love every purchase from Mark and Lisa London. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must not show any signs of wear (trying on is acceptable, wearing is not).

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international postage and customs fees.

  • Items purchased in multiple sizes for the purpose of returning most of them are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Email info@marklisalondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we have inspected and approved the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit or marked as delivered.

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
